PERFORMANCE COOKIES
These are essentially technical cookies, used to collect information that does not concern the user as a person but rather their browsing behavior, in order to improve the performance of the website. The data is collected in aggregate and anonymous form using automatic analysis tools. In general, disabling these cookies does not affect the functioning of the website.
SOCIAL MEDIA COOKIES

Processing procedures
Introduction
This Website does not use persistent first-party cookies and/or first-party profiling cookies, but only technical cookies and third-party cookies as described below.
Use of first-party cookies
The Website uses only first-party technical cookies, which are necessary for the platform (e.g., Netlify) and its extensions to maintain the basic functionality of the Website.
Use of third-party cookies
The Website uses the Google Analytics service, which uses cookies necessary for its operation; it also uses additional third-party cookies – please refer to the table in the following paragraph.

Purpose of using first-party cookies
Technical Cookies may be session cookies, used to enable efficient navigation of the site, to establish the navigation session, and to manage the display of the cookie policy information and the User's related choice. The Data Controller uses the data generated by these cookies to assist in the analysis and internal monitoring of traffic generated by Users (in particular, accesses and pages visited) and to enable improvements in terms of operation and navigation.
Use of first-party cookies
Session cookies are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers, consisting of random numbers generated by the server, which do not allow the personal identification of individual Users. The following data is processed anonymously, without the direct acquisition of personal data that could identify the user through Google Analytics cookies: IP address (which also allows geolocation); time and origin of visits; any previous visits by the same user; and other parameters relating to the operating system, IT environment, and devices used.
Duration of first-party cookies and data generated by Google Analytics
Session cookies are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed. Google stores the data generated by Google Analytics as specified in the cookie policy available at: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage.
Responsibility
The Data Controller undertakes to use the data generated by Cookies exclusively for the purposes indicated above. The Data Controller is not responsible for the processing of data by Google through the system described above, and merely acknowledges the assurances provided by the latter, which complies with the data protection provisions of the "Privacy Shield" agreement signed by the European Commission and the US Department of Commerce.
The data generated by cookies on the User's use of the Site (including the IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google's servers. Google uses this data to analyze browsing behavior on the Site and provide the Owner with reports on visits to the Site. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
Google's privacy policy regarding the Google Analytics service is available for consultation at http://www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html.
Google's Privacy Policy is available at http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.
Without prejudice to the obligations imposed on the Data Controller by national legislation, Google, in its capacity as independent data controller, has sole responsibility (in civil and criminal matters) for the processing of data carried out using the aforementioned system.
Consequences of refusing consent to processing
As explained on Google's website at https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/181881?hl=it, to deny consent to the use of cookies by Google Analytics, the User must change their browser settings by downloading the Google Analytics JavaScript deactivation add-on (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js), available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
Disabling Google Analytics cookies does not limit the use of the Website in any way, but it hinders the Data Controller in pursuing the above-mentioned purpose.
